Hatia is Mwepesi's sister, born in the zoo. She was originally named Morgana but after she escaped with Mwepesi from the zoo, she renamed herself Hatia.
As opposed to Hatia's wishes to find a draft and maybe even find a mate, Mwepesi wanted to live alone. Heartbroken and shocked, Hatia pleaded with Mwepesi. After Mwepesi refused three or four times, Hatia and her sister made an agreement. Mwepesi didn't have to join the draft, but she had to live close by.
To Hatia's delight, Mwepesi willingly agreed to the deal.
