Her pride was born in a pride not to far from the shore. The pride was a very kind and gentle pride, never wanting to pick fights with anyone. They were amazing swimmers and let anyone join their pride. One day, however, another pride wanted their territory and knew that they'd be able to destroy the shore pride. And they were right. All of the males were killed and the females were taken in as slaves. Cora and her mother were the only ones that were able to escape. They managed to swim to an island, the new pride not being able to swim at all. They met a new pride, but Cora didn't want to stay. She was the daughter of her old pride's leader. She was to be the new leader, and she wouldn't get that if she stayed with the new pride so she left to become leader some where else. She traveled day after day. She spent three years as a rouge, not staying long or getting chased out. She just turned five when she finally came across the Coastal Pride. They didn't have a leader at the time so she threw her head in and started her new swim as leader. Cora is very perky and bubbly. She loves to play around and make jokes. She has a bit of a temper though, even more so when someone teases her about her size. Despite being the runt of her litter back at old pride, she was also the strongest and the oldest of her brothers who all died after two days. The marking on her left side is the mark of the leader and oldest. It was given to her when she was six months old and hasn't faded away.
