I imagine that after Simba exiled Zira and her followers to the Outlands, life would've been hell..
And I believe Zira and her Pride turned 'insane' and 'ruthless' after Scar's death. She even took Scar's body with her, for comfort.

That's very cleverly drawn... Scar now should be called Scars. I like it!
