Here is another realistic picture! This time, Sarabi as a cub. I tried a different style and I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Please tell me what you think of it and any improvements!

Sarabi belongs to Disney

It's amazing! Shadows, tufty fur, poise and everything! I love it! Can I ask, which tools do you use for the realistic drawings?

Thank you very much Adimu! I use GIMP. First I use a 2 pixel brush to go around the main shapes (I scan in drawings!) and then on a new layer I use a 1 pixel brush to get fur texture. I then delete the other layer. Next I add shading in 3 or 4 layers using the colour black and using the smudge tool to get it to an effect I like. Then I colour the picture on a new layer before locking the Alpha channels on the shading and the lines and colouring them in in brown. Hope this helps!
