Ignis is a strange lion. His pregnant mother strayed too close to the strange rock that fell from the stars. Everyone was sure she would give birth to a large, healthy litter, but imagine their surprise when only Ignis was born, among a pile of ash. His mother writhed in pain and agony and died shortly thereafter.
The pride was shocked and frightened of him, but his aunt loved him, even though she lost her sister. She took him as her own.
He had many incidents where fires would start, seeming to rise up out of nowhere. His aunt dutifully defended him, but she knew she could only protect him so long. No one got hurt and she bought him more time with their pride, but then came his second birthday.
They never should have picked on him.
The savannah burned for days, driving away prey and leaving nothing but ruin in its wake. The newborn cubs were never found.
Ignis lives every day with the regret and pain of his existence. He hates himself and cursed abilities. No one wants him. She is shunned and driven out everywhere he goes.
He will never forget the things he has done. even though they were accidents, he can never forgive himself.
Biography
Iggy found Nat, who saved him from himself. She taught him that it was okay to love and be happy. She got him to join the Southern Border as a black smith.
