Posted: April 7th, 2014, 8:44 pmOnly photoshop. I use a feathered brush around the make the colours in there then I use the smudge tool to drag the colours in and out from the eye. I may make a video sometime so show off this effect. One of the most simple of ways to do it. But looks nice.

If you like watching speed paints, you can watch my art go from a blank page to something in the link below. This is also where some help videos will go over the summer as I get time.
