Paint is like a program that usually comes with a PC. You have the options of using a paintbrush or a pencil to draw with on there. There are a variety of paintbrushes, such as a calligraphy brush, a crayon, marker, and more. With a pencil, there are no varieties of pencil, however, you can change the size. There is also a way to create shapes like stars, circles, hearts, etc. You can add text to the picture if you choose. There is also a color picker, and an eraser. You can use some of the traditional colors such as black, white, red, blue, green, yellow, etc, but you are also able to create your own colors. You have the ability to rotate or resize the picture, or part of the picture if you use the "select" tool where you can pretty much take a portion of the picture and edit that piece. Paint is actually a pretty convenient program, and I also use it for my pictures on MLK.
