His mane's all wispy and scraggly because (he's based off of Nuka--NO) leopons have very awkward manes. It won't be growing anymore than that, I don't think. It may get a little longer and thicker, but that's about it.
I like the thought of fire... I could add yellow-gold tinges in there. c: Thanks again!
