01-24-2014--Rowen's ability to manipulate time is no easy power. He is unable to remove time field distortions he creates, nor can he determine how he makes them.
He also where's a collar around his. Due to having his current power, this was placed on him so he can tracked, if he were to get stuck inside one of his fields, and couldn't escape. This collar another purpose, but it is unknown at this time.
