Posted: January 16th, 2014, 11:49 pmDesert. Arneo from over month couldn't see with Maggie. For this reason he became depressed. By the herd he pretended that everything was all right. However his two friends, Kiburi (on left) and Mashoga, felt that he was lying. Some night they saw that Arneo again is sitting alone a long way from the herd. They came up to him to talk with him.
Kiburi: Arne, what's going on?
Arneo: What? Eeee... Nothing, I'm only tired out and sleeping.
Mashoga: Yeah and I like to eat sand out of boredom. We know you like the own mane, we see that for some time you are sad and planned.
Kiburi: We are pals, you can tell us and we will help you.
Arneo hesitated, but decided to tell them the truth.
Arneo: From over of year I'm in the relationship. She...
Mashoga: In the relationship? Really?
Kiburi: Since you have a girlfriend over the year why you didn't tell us about her?
Mashoga: She's an ugly duckling? Or does have a big pimple on the nose?
Arneo: Nooo, it's more complicated. You see, our relationship must be in the secret, because Maggie, my girlfriend... She is a winged lioness.
Kiburi, Mashoga: WHAT?!
Kiburi: *after a moment* You know what, almost I was conned. After all everyone we know that winged lions don't exist. These are only fairy tales for cubs.
Arneo: I knew that you wouldn't believe...
Mashoga: Kiburi, but he aren't joking... He cannot pretend serious when is trying to con us.
Kiburi: *grew more serious* Arneo, you can swear it's a truth?
Arneo: Yes... My Maggie is a winged lioness. Her herd doesn't trust and hates ordinary lions, that's us, therefore nobody can know about our relationship.
Arneo started talk, how getting to know Maggie, about strict rules of her herd. He also explained, that now cannot meet with Maggie, because her herd started suspecting something and when the matter dies away, she again will arrive to his secret place.
Kiburi and Mashoga still were surprised. However in the course of listening his explanations they started believing him. They knew that Arneo can't lie, then usually tries to hide his smile, but of this night he was really really sad and bent.
