I tried a slightly different style this time. It turned out bad. Very bad.
Well, nevermind....
What do you guys think? What areas should I improve on?

Thank you! I really want to use something other than MS Paint. It's really good, but I really want to try out different brushes. By the way, what programme do you use?

I use photoshop cs6. the good thing about that is the brushes can be made really smooth and also, what i do to add details is, say I draw the background, instead of a flat 1 color background, i change it to say thee slightly different colors, like blue. I make it a little darker each time, I turn down the sharpness of the eraser too so it kinda fades and then I turn the opacity down so it's kind of see through so the colors blend.
