thought i would make a tutorial for anyone who wants to create good pictures on Painshop Pro.
I use version X2, but it should work for older versions too
=D
please tell what you think, and if you can understand it! xD

I don't use Paintshop Pro but this should be very useful for those that do! I understood it even though I've never used that program before. Great job!

Thank-you Atarial! This is so useful! I actually use Photoshop but this will pretty be helpful anyway.
