Stick with that value if you can. It is a healthier way to live. My friend has gone pop free. And I have attempted it. I don't succeed when there is not much else to drink. I hate Florida water. I prefer juice but it is less easy to get.

LOL. My friend used to say if you cut her you would not get blood. Only Coke Zero. Luckily she has cut down from her usual. This picture actually came from my teacher saying if we lived in a world where it was every man for himself we would fight over everything belonging to others to claim it as their own. And he used me as an example saying everyone would try and steal my pop. And the class all turned and looked at me and I gave them that look of "Just try it."
