My Lion King Forum

My name is Autumn (also known as "Eggy", "Rebel", "Two Socks" or "TaleSpin") and I have been a Lion King fan for years. I was about nine years old when the movie first came out and saw it numerous times in theaters that summer (even had a contest with a friend of mine to see who could see it more in a week) I always find fan art and fiction about the "pre-Simba days" interesting and I'd love if Disney would do a prequel!

I do traditional art, hand drawn animation and the occasional mouse or tablet drawn digital artwork. However pencil and paper feels the most natural for me; that's where my strength is. I consider myself a freelance artist, I have self taught myself everything I know and I continue to learn. I love to use my artwork to help out animals (I recently donated some art for a local pit bull rescue to use for their logo and tshirt designs) I'm a huge animal lover and a huge fan of animation, so it's no wonder why movies like The Lion King are so special to me!
