Commission for Ethulai over on devArt of her crazy hyena character NeonFrost.

I normally dislike characters with super neon 'sparkle' colors but pay me enough and I'll draw what ever character you'd like! xDD But really, coloring a sparkle character once in a while doesn't hurt though. :lol3:

Yes...her character does have keyholes for spot markings c:
