RIKA always lived at Priderock. She was born during MOHATU's reign and was one of URU's best friend. She married her cousin, KIPOFU, and had a girl, ZIRA.
She consider her daughter as the eighth wonder of the world and allow her everything (which maybe could explain what ZIRA became).
She's not really evil, but doesn't really care about others, and it's her who advised ZIRA to kill SHIIRU when she was pregnant.
She died during SCAR's reign.

I like her character design. I can see where Vitani gets the fuzz on her head from now.
