DONE ON PAINT TOOL SAI

Step one: On the same layer work out where you want your shadow for all colors.

Step two: Start coloring in the shadow (I normally have the the picture maximized so I dont go outside the lines)

Step Three: Using the blur tool blend the shadow

Now your done

Nice shadowing tutorial.
I to be honest use a different way and with Photoshop CS3 XD
But this way looks easier then I do, lol.
For my shading way, it drives me insane X_x
But, I might as well try this, and I have SAI, but dunno how to use it yet D:
I'll be done with a piccy later ;D

Lol, I see and np.

I shade by making a new layer above the colour and lines and use the airbrush, not the hard brush, the reason why it is hard because to get a nice soft shade it just drives me crazy X_X some places it adds a bit too much shade in other spots it adds less shade.

haha yeah I used that once on SAI, but didnt like how it came out. Though I did it all on one layer XD.
