This's is Todd ref. I've had him as a char for almost seven months, and never made a ref for him. I felt like drawing him, so I did, and why make a ref out of it too! I changed his design some, but basically kept the same concept of him. I'm gonna give him a new Profile Pic, and update him so you know what's going on!
His design is based off of Firestar's Dimeyi, or something very close, but I'm sure that's right though. There isn't much else I can say...I forgot.
