My Lion King Forum

Nala was abandoned by her mother, Lexy, when she was born.
Cold, starving and alone, Nala cried her little heart out crying for some one to help her. Luckly a monkey called Ananda found her and fed her juice from fruit laying around. She kept her warm and watched over her as long as she could.

Ananda wanted to keep the young cub forever but her herd and parents wouldn't let her. She spotted a brown lioness in the distance and knew that she would take care of this cub. Ananda said goodbye to the cub, who she had named Felisha (which meant luck or happiness), and left her with the lioness oppiste them.

Kizzy decided to keep the cub and look after her. She was a very good mother, learning from her mother's skills (Sarafina). Nala thought that Kizzy was her birth mother and couldn't remember anything about Ananda.

One day Nala (that's what Kizzy called her beacuse she didn't know that Ananda called her Felisha) was exploring, still near her home. She came aross a small cub hidning in the bushes. It was a small tiger, the smallest tiger cub Nala had ever seen.
"Hello there!" Nala called going closer to the cub "I'm Nala!"
The cub didn't speak so Nala talked some more.
"Where's your mum, is she here?"
The cub shook her head.
"Do you have a mother?"
She shook her head again.
"A father?"
The cub sighed and shook her head, still not talking.
"Can you talk?"
The cub shook her head and smiled. She ran over to Nala, burrying herself in her leg (she was only half the size of it).
"Follow me!"
Nala ran slowly towards her home and the Tiny cub followed.
"Do you have a name?" Nala called as she ran with the small tiger cub, "Oh yer, sorry. I'll call you Tiny!"

This is not Nala from the Lion King Movie(s), i have made her up. If you read Kizzy's Description (another character i have made) you will understand why she is called that. Hope you enjoy it!
