The song is from "Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day". Piglet's role is being played by a very sad, stranded Pumbaa. I imagine Timon is somewhere underwater.

I like how you made it look speckled. Pumbaa looks really good in this pic. It's usually very different to draw his too-huge head.
