Adoption application for Jabari, who's owned by Roxxi atm. =3 Jabari happens to be the father of my other two cheetah cubs, Tene and Kamili, so I felt it only necessary to keep the family together.

This was major background practice for me too. I actually spent more time on the sky and the mountains than I did coloring Jabari. xD This is more or less the quality I'd like for Keystones, though I'll be finding a better way to do grass. D:

For the grass, I'd definitely lower the opacity on the brush so that it looks softer. I do mine with the brush size at 4 and the opacity at 12. Just thought I'd be helpful since you said you want to find a better way to do grass.^^ This is a really beautiful image. I like the mood the shading on Jabari and his pose and expression give and I like the detailed background and colors of the sky.
