Anyway....the reason I decided to throw this piece together (Even though I vowed never to jump on the Shani/Chaka boat) was because Chaka's design was floating around in my head last night, but I wasn't sure what to do with it. I didn't want to add another KiaraxKovu cub to my story, or a sibling to Simba, but I liked this design too much to put it up for adoption. And then the name "Chaka" popped into my head, and I realized it worked.
Then I added "Shani." Yes, yes that IS Vitani.
Why? Well, you all know how much I love the idea of Vitani being Simba and Nala's cub, and Rinjapine has this awesome idea that Vitani IS Shani; Kidnapped by Zira and raised under another name. Same with Chaka.
While I don't intend to borrow that particular storyline (or throw Chaka in my 'Vitani=SimbaxNala cub' universe) I may draw them periodically from time to time....this is the what, fourth universe involving her as Kiara's sibling? *Sighs*
