The theme of the contest is "Kings of the Past"
Louis XIV was France's greatest leader while the monarchy was in place. He was know as the Sun King and set the bar for any leaders to come after him, which none managed to achieve. Mufasa seemed to be that king in my eyes, so that is who I chose to base my picture on.

The characters in the image are:
Sarafina, A random lioness(may or may not keep as a character), Mufasa, Sarabi and Simba.
Sarafina and Simba being my personal favorites in the image.
