Growing Up [Private: TheLastLion & Stormy]

[Stormy]

Sadie stared for a few moments. "Some suspected it was her brother, as he had found her and they got into a big fight. But there's nothing exactly to prove that it was him. Only that he was the last to see her alive. I'm so sorry Des."

[TheLastLion]

"Goddamnit!" Destiny growled as she slashed at the cave wall. She repeatedly dug her claws into the rock until her fiery anger subsided. All that was left afterwards was sadness and Destiny collapsed to the ground in a mess of wailing sobs.

[Stormy]

Sadie did not approach her in the dream, she only watched the upset Destiny - signifying not that Sadie wouldn't care, but how alone Destiny had been feeling as of late.

(This is going to fade into a second nightmare.)

Everything faded to white until she was suddenly out in a large field. Not as her adult self, but once again as a cub. She found a small cave and slowly approached, it only for it to collapse and to begin filling with water, similar to how it did when Sadie was trapped inside all that time ago. Only this time, Destiny was alone with no one to save her.

Destiny was perplexed as Sadie said nothing in response to her grief and began to fade away. A moment later and Destiny found herself trapped in the cave that she had saved Sadie from when they were younger. The difference was that Destiny was now trapped like Sadie and nobody was there to save her. "Help!" She pleaded.

[Stormy]

Water filled quickly as she was soon near the top of the cave. Nobody heard her plead except for... Flash. "Destiny?" Flash was his younger self as well - but it was too late. By the time Flash called back, Destiny's head was completely submerged under the water unable to call back out. After what felt like an eternity under, she felt everything fade to black. "Destiny?" Flash called again in the dream.

"Destiny!" Flash says awaking Destiny from her dream. This is why Flash arrived in her dream - he was calling from the real world. "Are you okay?" He asked. It was extremely dark as Destiny's eyes tried to adjust to the middle of the night.

Destiny's eyes widened and she breathed heavily after waking from her nightmare.

[Stormy]

“Des?” Flash asks again putting a paw on her to see if she was alright.

[TheLastLion]

"Huh?" Destiny turned to see Flash sitting by her side.

[Stormy]

Flash tilted his head slightly. "You were... going through quite the emotions in your sleep. Heard our names a few times." He says. "...Do you want to talk about it?" He asks laying down beside her for a moment and wrapping an arm around her - as if to try to bring a sense of comfort and safety to her.

Destiny took a moment to catch her breath before she making direct eye contact with her brother. "They're... They're just dreams." She said hesitantly. "But this one especially felt real."
