Greely wondered through the valleys, destined to meet up with DesertRose. She was the love of his life...He just had a hard time admitting it. He entered their den and smiled at the sight.

Curled up inside was the black and tan princess of the Sun, and he came just in time to hear her content sigh. She was guarding a precious secret. Her ruby-colored eyes flicked up to Greely and her smile grew a little wider, but she didn't say a word, and her tail didn't wag at all.

Greely just smiled. He was testing her.
He yawned and laid down beside her, noticing her little amusement.

"Whats wrong?" he asked gruffly.

She scooted away, playing hard-to-get. "...nothing." She knew he was nine months older than her, and that he knew her well enough to know she was hiding something, but they were still young adults in love. His sixth birthday had just recently passed, and in a few days it will be his second anniversary of being an Alpha.

He scooted closer to her.
He laughed, giving her his cocky, yet cute smile.

He nuzzled her and sighed.

"You know I know that YOU'RE hiding something" he chuckled.

"Me? Hiding something? Nooooo." Dezzy giggled, scooting farther still. "I don't think Gweelypoo wants to hear it yet."

"Playing hard to get, like always" he laughed.

He smirked. He then whispered in her ear, "C'mon, what is it?"

Dezzy nuzzled him, rolling on her back. "I'm pregnant."

Greely was shocked. His eyes were full of confusion.

"You're pregnant?"

Dezzy nodded. "We're going to be parents. Isn't that amazing...?"
