The sun was just rising over the plains of the pridelands. Adofo, the Vice King was still asleep, even though it was his 20th birthday.

Kovu walked inside, desperate to find Adofo. The cave looked like it was deserted.
No smell, no eerie sounds until...
Kovu sighed playfully. Adofo was near the end of the solemn cave.

Kovu rolled his eyes. He placed a paw on Adofo's shoulder, moving him around so he could wake up.
His face showed frustration, but inside he was laughing at the sight.
He then started playing around with Adofo's mouth.
"Happy, Sad, Happy, Sad" he chuckled.
"Happy, Sad, Happy, ANGRY!!! AHH!!!!"

Without opening his eyes, Adofo suddenly grabbed Kovu's throat with one hand.
Adofo: Keep going...and I'll show you the face of no mercy.

Kovu, gasping for breath, shoved his hands away.
"Whoa dude, sorry"
He then bursted out laughing.
