After getting ready for some hunting Craig and his father George went out. It is here where the adventure begins.

Story Characters:

Craig: VitanisMate
Bandhura: Songo
George: MusicLion101
Chapal: Kopa23

OCs:

Jacko and Buster: Simbadacub

Craig was going through the woods. He really loved hunting with his dad. He suddenly heard a rustle in the trees. There was a grey wolf standing right there about 33 feet away with her cub. He unslung his .22 rifle and shot the wolf once. It charged at him likely protecting her cub. That stupid wolf. Animals that dumb deserve to die...he thought. He shot her again twice killing the wolf. He yelled and laughed at killing the great wolf. He didn't notice he passsed by the cub whose mother he shot.

OOC: The cub is Bandhura by the way. ;)

The woods were puncuated by three gunshots..

George froze on the spot, a look of fear and sudden realisation in his eye. He quickly raised his rifle to the direction the shot came from, and ran forward to his son's aid.

His frantic footsteps echoed through the bleak leafless forest..

Bandhurra whimpered softly, she felt her mother lick her head and she smiled. The pup’s golden eyes gazed up at the beautiful grey wolf; she wanted to be just like her someday. The pup raised her ashen colored paw and she swatted at her mother’s snout, she enjoyed the playtime by the big oak trees.

Bandhurra heard foot steps in the grass and her little cranium turned towards the human boy, “Mom…?” she whimpered softly. She watched the paws of her mom leave her side and stand in front of the human. Her golden eyes flickered as the shots rang through her small ears, she stood up and ran towards the fallen grey wolf.

Bandhurra’s paws pushed against the neck of her mother and she whimpered louder now, her cry easily heard. ” Get up…Mom..Get up!” she cried. She dropped down back to her paws and her eyes filled with tears, she lay down beside her. Bandhurra found herself curling into her mother’s body, a loud whimper rising through the air.

Craig stumbled through the woods and slipped on the ground into the mud. That was just great he thought. Another great happening on a wonderful day. He got up and wiped his clothes off. Just then a red light came down. He felt strange like something was changing. He then collapsed on the ground. When he got up he was different somehow since he couldn't walk on his 2 legs without falling down. He peered into the water and there he was, a gray wolf. This scared the living daylights out of him. AH!!!!! What just happened to me! Why am I this dumb and dirty creature!

George ran as fast as he could to the scene of the shooting, to fins his son's torn clothes and his rifle. He glanced over and saw a wolf limping away from where his son once stood.

"Animals...ANIMALS!!!! YOU KILLED MY SON!!!!!!

Tears of anger filled his eyes as he fixed his gaze upon the seemingly guilty wolf. He dropped his rifle and reached for his pistol

DAMN YOU!!!!

He fired blindly at the wolf, beset with rage and heartbreak..

Dad why are you shooting at me! It is me your son! Please stop! Craig ran as fast as he could and slid down a hill into some more mud. This is turning into his lucky day. He ran as fast as he could to get away from his own father. Why are you chasing me! He kept running until he got into some bushes and hid. It was here he kept as quiet as possible. He then saw this female wolf pup by him. What do you want? Another dumb animal...he thought.

Bandhurra’s ears flattened back to her cranium tightly as she saw the other grey wolf. She let out a small growl in warning, “Go away!” she snapped at him. She stood up to her paws and looked back at Craig, “My mother..She needs help! Can you help her!” Bandhurra cried as she nudged the dead grey wolf’s side. Her golden eyes stuided him closely and she watched his every move.

Um huh? Wait this is your mom! Uh kid you know there is something I got to say. Your mom is dead. A human hunter killed her. I know this is hard for you dumb animals to understand but it is the facts. Um do you know the way around these parts?

Bandhurra’s golden eyes narrowed and she whimpered at the sound of “your mothers dead”. She stepped towards Craig, “They killed her, those stupid humans!’” she growled. Bandhurra’s ears perked forward as she listened to the forest around, “I’m not dumb and yes this is my home..” she said in a sour tone.
Bandhurra quickly stepped back over to her mother’s body and licked her snout once more, tears rolled down her furry cheeks. “Why do you ask…?” she added as she glanced back at Craig.

Uh stupid humans? Well I cannot believe I am saying this but I need a guide around these parts. I do not know where I am to go. And plus there is a hunter after me. Why is he chasing me? Of course Craig was thinking that out loud. Anyway what is your name or do you animals have names? Probably not. You animals do not seem that smart.
