An RP carried from Facebook to MLK.

Nala scanned the Pridelands from her new throne. The land was ruined, unlike the lush, green terrain near Pride Rock. A battle had just ended, but it was a victorious one. Nala's mate, the new king had just defeated his evil uncle and took his rightful place on the throne. And soon, the circle of life was to continue soon. Nala was going to be a mother.

"Simba," Nala called from the top of Pride Rock.
"Look at all this ruined land..it's horrible. I hate it." Nala sat down, studying the land some more.

Simba looked over at Nala. He could tell she hated how the Pride Lands had become. "Nala in time these lands will be born again. Herds will return and the circle of life will continue. We must have faith Nala. When my father ruled these lands they were green and beautiful. Much like you." Simba teased. Simba soon looked out to the lands himself. "Devastation throughout these lands. Father in time I hope these lands do heal." Simba thought.

Nala smiled, and chuckled softly at Simba's remark and feeling a little bashful, she hung her head down and smiled. Nala loved Simba, especially when he called her beautiful because it made her feel special.

Nala recovered from her bashfulness and replied, "Yes. I will have faith that these lands will renew themselves and become as beautiful as they once were when we were cubs. And when they do, it'll be a reminder of your victory."

Nala smiled warmly at Simba, and nuzzled him lovingly.

"I'm so proud of you," she said affectionately.
