This roleplay's main point is the afterlife of Kovu and Kiara. After they have kids, more danger lurks the pridelands, this time with Kiara's mother, Nala's, side of the family. After her uncle's exile from the pridelands, they decide to get back by having the Hyenas on their side again, just like Scar. How will this one go? There's only one way to find out!

Kiara woke up and stretched. Kovu had taken the kids out for the morning, showing them the kingdom and teaching them about everything they needed to know. Even though Ahadi had a small chance of becoming ruler here, she begged to go along, which Kiara agreed upon. Now she had the morning to herself. She decided to go take a little walk around.

Amiri was walking with the other kids. Suddenly, his tummy rumbled. "Can I have a snack?" he said to Kovu.

Kovu smiled at the young cub. "Soon, Amiri. The hunt will soon occur, and then we will have food," he said.

Kiara jumped off of Pride Rock and ran off to have some fun. She remembered when she had a lot of fun chasing after her dad, Simba, one day. That had been the same day that she met her mate, Kovu. She continued to run around, and even looked at her reflection in the water once, bringing back memories. She wondered what Kovu and the kids were up to.

Kovu was laying down near the water hole, listening. He could hear the muffled voices coming from behind him, gradually getting closer.
"Shhh, he'll hear you." Akili whispered.
Kovu chuckled. 'Guess they get that from their mum' he thought.

Ahadi swished her tail, trying to silence them. They were being WAY too noisy!

Amiri sighed. But he wanted to play. He jumped around, rolled around, but stayed neared Kovu to be safe. He was still smart for a toddler.

Ahadi realized she was most likely the only serious one about this, so she waited a few minutes, getting into a crouch, then jumped at her father.

Kovu, upon hearing this, ducks and watches as Ahadi leaps over him.
"Haha, you need to relax Ahadi, if you think you're gonna catch me that easily well you've got another thing comin'."
