Quick Overview/Plot -
We would start just after the announcement, and then during it would be Nala and Sarabi's struggle, Zira being made queen, Nuka being born, then Mheetu being born. Then Mheetu growing up and becoming banished from the pride (because Scar see's him as a threat). Then Scar finds Zira boring and tries to hit on Nala who then runs away to get Simba.

"Mum, why is Simba gone, why?", Nala whispered, still crying into her mother's fur as the lioness talked sadly and quitely about the death of Mufasa, and the apparent death of Simba. Sarabi was crying silently, her lover, was gone. And her son, her only son, was gone. She spoke up, but her voice was croaky, "Mufasa....and Simba...will be greatly missed....", she looked up to the stars, "T-T-There...in a better place...".

"There was a terrible accident, my daughter," Sarafina tried to comfort Nala. "Sarabi is right. They're in a better place now. We mustn't be sad, but..." Sarafina started choking and was silent for a moment before turning to Sarabi and apologizing, "I am very sorry for your loss. Mufasa will be missed by all."

Sarabi nodded and said back quietly, "Thank you, my friend...". Nala was still in hysterics, "But Mum, are you sure it was an accident! I don't want Simba to be gone! He's my best friend!". The older lioness looked down at the young cub, she was probably the closest to Simba, apart from herself and Mufasa of course, "Nala...", "Yes Your Majesty?", Sarabi whinced at the words, was she still Queen now Mufasa was gone? She would have to ask Scar, tonight. "Tomorrow, do you want to go out on your first hunting lesson?". The cub perked up slightly, then paused, "B-But...Simba won't be here". Sarabi nodded, "I know, we can talk about Simba then, and look for his star?". Nala sniffled, then nodded.

"Yes, my dear, it was an accident," Sarafina tried to calm her daughter. "Simba's uncle was there. He saw the whole thing." Sarafina smiled gratefully at Sarabi as Sarabi suggested Nala's first hunting lesson. Hopefully, that would distract her daughter.

From off in the distance, another lioness approached. She was different than the others with a sleek build and slanting eyes. Sarafina immediately recognized her as Zira, Scar's mate.

Sarabi looked up from Nala and onto Zira...she walked up to her. "Zira.....how is Scar?", she asked, looking over the slightly younger lioness. She was different from the others, very different. Nala hid behind her mother, both Scar and Zira scared her slightly.

Zira stopped when Sarabi approached her and eyed her disdainfully as she murmured, "I have just returned from hunting although I assume he is doing well." Zira suddenly looked suspicious and asked, "Why do you ask?"

Sarafina sat tall and let Nala hide behind her as she eyed Zira defiantly.

Sarabi growled softly and glared at Zira, "I ask because he has just lost his brother and his nephew, if he feels anything like I do now I assure you he is not doing well". The older lioness noticed the suspicious look, but thought nothing of it, she was the suspicious type.

"Oh!" Zira exclaimed in shock, putting a paw to her mouth. "Oh dear, I should go check on him then. When did this happen? As I was hunting, I knew nothing out of the ordinary had happened."

Sarabi sighed and replied, "Earlier today...down in the canyon, stampede, and I am coming with you, I need to ask Scar a few questions about what's happening to the throne".
