Growing Up [Private: TheLastLion & Stormy]

[Stormy]

Nicki waited a few seconds before saying anything. "Is it wrong to care too much?" She sniffled a bit.

[TheLastLion]

"Well, yes..." Kaylee replied. "But also no," she added.

[Stormy]

Nicki whined to herself slightly before she burried her face in her arms.

[TheLastLion]

"It's good to be cognizant and to be concerned for others, but it's also important to give people space sometimes," As she spoke, Kaylee gently rubbed her sister's back.

[Stormy]

"And what if they had space for an entire week?!" Nicki replied, easily giving away who she was talking about. "And then all you want to know is what was going on and if they were okay, but that's not good enough space for them and they snap at you about it?!" She says before placing her face back into her arms.

Kaylee felt Nicki burying her face into her chest and wrapped her arms around her sister in a warm hug. "Well Nicki, people don't process their feelings the same way, some take longer than others to get over things that bug or upset them."

[Stormy]

"What did I do wrong, then?" Nicki asks, and now Kaylee would be able to feel the warm tears coming off of Nicki's face. "What's wrong with me?"

"Hey, don't beat yourself up like that." Said Kaylee as the two continued to embrace. "Shhh, it's okay, Nicki," she cooed.

[Stormy]

Snow peaked the corner and saw the two. He watched for a few seconds before backing. He slowly walked out the cave. Meanwhile, during all of this Destiny had already brought the ingredients to Sadie.

"So... how exactly does this go?" Destiny asked Sadie. "I've never actually made 'cake' before."

"Start by adding the chocolate," Instructed Sadie.
