[Stormy]

Flash looked as he picked up and held Connor in his mouth by his scruff. “Oh. Hey Des.” He said in a muffled tone since he was holding Connor.

Destiny slowly approached her brother and nephew and nuzzled them both.

[Stormy]

Flash doesn’t say anything before beginning to walk back in the cave still carrying Connor. “What brings you back so soon?” He asks, since in the muffled tone before he placing Connor down.

"Killing time by visiting the family and checking on the little guy." She responded.

[Stormy]

“I see.” Flash says sitting in his spot. Seemingly out of nowhere, Flash began to snarl and gave out a deep & strong growl. At first it seemed like it was at Destiny, but it was actually at who was behind her - which was Nicki sneaking up on Destiny. Flash unsheathed one of claws and gestured at his throat before then gesturing her to leave. And that did the trick, Nicki did leave rather quickly.

Destiny couldn't help but chuckle at the gesture as Nicki ran off.

[Stormy]

“So...” Flash said awkwardly after a few moments of silence. “...Remember the thing about Conal I told you before you left last time? Well on the day that Sadie told him she was pregnant- he had said that he only had about one week. That was two weeks ago.”

“And well, things had gotten progressively worse after that week.. as expected.” Flash continued. “And... and.. I just wanted to know if you had heard yet that he’s...” Flash struggled to get the rest out.

[TheLastLion]

"He's.... on death door, isn't he?" Destiny reluctantly finished.

[Stormy]

“Past it.” Flash said quietly looking into Destiny’s eyes.

[TheLastLion]

"Oh, oh...." Destiny looked down with a forlorn look on her face.
