Ok, earlier today, I was lighting up a fireworks (a tiny sparkle missle, they launch and blow up about 200ft in air) and the missile just exploded while I was backing up, thank god I was about 15ft away, just suffered usual and small common burns. And set alot of car alarms off... I found out there was a ripped hole on the side of the missile which caused it to explode basically

If I was in your shoes, and assuming you have proof that it was a hole on the side that caused it then i'd chase them up about this (the manufacture I mean). I mean techinally you have been injured due to a fault on their behalf. And what if you had children nearby or something? I dunno that's just the type of person that I am, even if they sent me some free products lol but nonetheless, sucks that that happened to you. I hate burns, they always hurt after you aquire them and not even so much at the time xD.

There was like lot of neighbors watching my fireworks. It took place in the park. No one got hurt, Only me lol. Everyone was about 50 feet away from the launch area and I was about 20 ft by the time it exploded. Nothing caught on fire and no firetrucks was needed
One of the kids probably was playing with the fireworks set and punched a hole in the side. I noticed that there was a hole when I was watching it lift off (by some blue flairs coming out of the side). It exploded by the time it was like about 12ft in the air.
Its about 2Am here and my burn doesn't hurt that much anymore, just a little numb and thats all. Doc says its gonna be gone by tomorrow. The sparks that burned me were small ones so nothin major. Thank god.....

Wow, lucky you weren't hurt too badly.

I'd follow Flip's advice if I were sure the firecrackers you bought were defective or something.. Just be careful next time.

I've had some pretty close calls too when I was messing with firecrackers so I feel your pain lol.

this are things that scare the heck out of you when they happen but make your friends laugh when you tell it at birthdays..
good to hear you have no serious injuries, myself I have two little burn scars in my face from a fry pan.
