OK, so we have all been mad at one point in our lives becasue, well to be blunt, we're humans, its how we are. Anyways, I want to know what helps you guys to get over it the fastest, you can also list what you tend to do when your mad. I guess I'll go first.

Releases:
1: Go outside and spin a Bow Staff around to metal music.
2: Listen to heavy metal music

What I tend to do:
1: Try and ignore it/ push it as far down in my gut as I can get it and hope it stays.
2: Plot
3: Day dream evil things
4: Brood...

I'm actually a pretttty mellow guy who doesn't often get angry. In fact... I can't remember the last time I was really mad. xP
When I do, my release is playing drums. It's the sort of thing that puts my on a higher plane than my physical troubles, y'know? You become part of the music, part of something bigger, more beautiful, and you forget about the petty thing that made you made.

What do I tend to do? Rant to a friend if it's really bad, but generally just face up to the person who's pissing me off and figure it out with them. I've found that always works out for the best. =]

call me crazy but the way my anger works is its focussed in my right arm and i end up needed to punch something, usually a wall when out of puplic sight, thats only in extreme cases, usually i just brood or stick music on myself. all else fails watch tlk

What I do? Mostly I tend to be very open, I just say what I feel if I'm mad at a person, but in a way it keeps the compensation open. (Thani taught me that)
I just explain to the person how his/her behaviour makes me feel.

If I'm angry like "raging" I tend to curse, when my head is too full and I'm losing it (nearly never happens, don't worry ^^) I go for a ride on my moped to the lake nearby and take a "time-out" for myself and try to get things straight, what do I want, what am I angry about, how is it going to be fixed?
When I've answered those questions for myself, I feel more at ease.

I'm a very open person, I talk with my friends, parents and aunt a lot about stuff that bothers me or makes me angry. Unleash the fury before it becomes a rage....or use CAPS LOCK! ;)
