Well, the title pretty much says it all. Basically, someone will say a random word (names, numbers, etc., as long as it is written in word form), and the person below them will have to say the first thing that pops into their head. You can answer with one simple word, or have a sentence. After you write whatever thought came into your mind when you looked at that word, simply write another random word for the next person to answer.

Quick example:

[Player 1] Question

[Player 2] End exams.
