i use Ccleaner cuz that's what meh friends (tech savvy friends) at school use...

However, if you aren't trained with computers .. i wouldn't suggest registry cleaners at all... some of them allow you to manually search for files.. and if you delete the wrong ones you can mess up ur comp.. lol
