Okay, so my girlfriend is interested in editing photos for money, and she's good at it, so we wondered how much people would pay to have that done. Well since I practically live here on MLK, I thought I'd ask you guys to see what the general consensus is.

By editing, I'm not talking like adding things into the picture or anything along the lines of graphic making but more like, adding filters and touch-ups and that kind of thing.

Also, if anyone is interested in having a photo edited, let me know and I'll see if she wants to do it for you. No prices are determined yet as well, she doesn't know what to charge! Which is the whole point of this poll.

It depends really on what would need doing. There are a few photos I have of me jumping my horse where it's a little blurry so if it was to pay someone to improve the quality of the picture then I would probs pay about $5. But then I am a bit clueless as to how much work goes into that sorta thing x)

Not going to lie, unless it was REALLY good I would offer a condescending shake of the my head and not a lot else.
I don't use Euro or USD because I live in the UK where we use GBP£.
Of which I'd pay £5 for a really good edit with correspondence (that's about $6-7)

We really didn't expect that people would pay much, if any, but how better to learn than to ask, no?

It honestly depends on the photo, the type of editing, and where this picture is going. If it's just "oh I want this to be a little brighter" I would honestly do that myself. But if I was, say, starting my own gallery and my pictures needed to look FANTASTIC so people would buy them, then I'd pay someone a lot of money to do that. Really, it pretty much depends on where the photo will end up.

It depends. I'd probably try and find a tutorial and see if I could do it myself first. If not I'll see if a friend can do it for me. I wouldn't really want to pay someone to edit one of my photos. Though I don't mind people using my photos as a reference when drawing as long as they credit me
