10MB is quicker than 71% of US. Regulus is slower than 55% on 14MB... Sooo, I mean I'll be the first to admit maths isn't my strong point but those figures can't be right.

It is affected by upload speed. My upload speed is complete and utter garbage.
You know what the sad thing is? My upload speed used to be one third of that, at 0.3Mb/s. Yep, I had anywhere from 13-19 down, and only 0.3 up. This is 'high speed' internet... or so I've been told by the marketers.
Also, internet speeds are measured in Megabits (Mb), not Megabytes (MB). Eight Megabits is equal to one Megabyte.

It is affected by upload speed. My upload speed is complete and utter garbage.
