Amazon Help?

Hi guys, is anyone familiar with Amazon? I've never really used it but I've been having a peek at there's a few Lion King books I like the look of, but I can't figure the website out.

When things are listed as only 1p, is this for real, or some kind of cruel trickery?! And is there no way to read specific descriptions from one particular seller if there are multiple people selling the same item?

I usually use eBay so this is totally foreign to me. Help would be appreciated!

I am in the UK if it makes any difference, so I am currently on Amazon.co.uk :)

If it is fulfilled or sold by Amazon it's not a joke. Otherwise look at seller history. If it's really high than odds are you're fine ordering from them. I do use Amazon.com though considering I don't live in the UK, but I'm sure set it is quite similar.

Basic rule of thumb applies; if it sounds too good to be true it very likely is, just pay attention to what you are buying and who you are buying it from.

Ooo! Thanks. It seems too good to be true! I know there is postage costs on top but still. Stuff on eay can't even be sold for less than 99p so it perplexes me.

Most of the sellers I am looking at have around 93 to 99% positive in the last 12 months, so that's safe?

Yes as long as there a high number of reviewers. If there is a low number it's a risk.

The stuff sold for 1P is real. I've bought 3 or 4 books from amazon for 1P. They are just second hand books.
