So in just a couple weeks from today, I'm gonna be auditioning for a local production of Grease! I already know I'm in, since at the last show, a representative asked me to join. I've even been given a $1,400 scholarship to perform in the show!

Please DO NOT wish me luck. It's bad luck in the Theatre.

So, Grease was cast today and...

I GOT CAST AS DANNY!!!

For those of you who don't know, Danny is the LEAD ROLE in the show! I am so psyched!

Also, I'm already pre-planning out for my future performances. After Grease, I'm going to be auditioning for San Rafael Youth Musical Theatre's production of RENT: School Edition. It's a modified version of the Broadway musical RENT which removes the more profane words, and eliminates one scene, which I can't explain here.

Furthermore, Simon Kaplan, our director for Grease, has promised that he will do RENT: School Edition next year if we can get him five older male cast members.
