No it's not, NLQ That picture belongs to Wikipedia and has been there since 9th April 2009. It was taken with a Canon Power Shot SD450 Digital Elph camera and modified using a Paint Shop program on a laptop computer. http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File: ... alcony.jpg
