Im going out and leaving all my forums on tuesday and wednesday because im going camping, which is 2 or 3 hours away and no wi-fi access and all that crap.

The campsite is somewhere next to Eureka, california (near Oregon)

Im not sure what the regional park is called tho...

Hello all, im back. Our camp site was in Redwood forest/Yosemite national park

Yep, redwood is the tallest tree in the whole world. I managed to get a close up view and its about 3-5x bigger than my body. I fished in the river but didn't catch any :(

photos will be up soon

Our tent, where we stayed. you may see some redwood and mountains (Sonora Peak) in the background. Elevation is 8000ft so I had a hard time breathing up here

I will get more later on tonight, sadly thats the only one we have at the moment (since we just came back right now)

It looks peaceful.

I have no idea how high 8000ft is, but it sounds pretty high, lol. When we visited Peru and stayed in a mountain town called Cuzco we were 3000 meters up, I felt pretty dizzy sometimes.
