Here's a forum I made today. I worked real hard on it, so please don't make fun of it!
http://www.thelionkingfanforum.freeforums.orgAny graphic artist is welcome to make me a banner! I would like Simba and Nala in it, that is all. ^-^ And the text could say 'The Lion King Fan Forum' in bubble letters. The background can be anything you'd like it to be! I would like it a 'Prideland' background theme. Thanks!
And I'm looking for 3 admins and 3 mods.

Looks good. May I give constructive feedback? I'll post into this ad topic since it wouldn't let me post to the HelpDesk/Suggestions board on your forum, without registering first. And I'm not ready to join yet. (:
I was just wondering, what new does your discussion forum offer to a fan? I'm just asking if there's anything I can find on TLKFF that I can't find here in MLK and After The Lion King forums? Perhaps in time, some different people to discuss with but, anything else? I'm guessing it could be a good idea to offer something unique or aim at it, when there are already numerous fan forums of the same fandom. (:
And are you sure some of the rules aren't over-protecting the possible children? I'm not supporting cuss words now really as I think people can get their points through without them and text may be more pleasent to read, but how likely is it that a child so young that he hasn't heard those light cusses everyday before, is reading the forums? I'm not saying that extreme rule is a bad thing, I'm just thinking they may be unnecessarely extreme, as in, over-protecting. (: -----> Maybe you could consider at least allowing the censor stars? They're certainly less damaging than the actual words could be, and if you make a rule that advises a considered use of even light cuss words, there might not be censor stars everywhere, to spoil the estetic look of the posts. (:
And if the rule is for just so the posts would be pleasent for everyone to read... I personally don't even think some of the words you prohibit, should be considered as cuss words. Like, 'hell'. It's a place in a religion that has been taken into a use to describe very unpleasent matters. And may I remind that even Disney uses the word in the classic cartoons. (Ie. "The Hunchback of Notre Dame", there's an entire, scary song using it multiple times.) So why does a forum about a Disney classic cartoon prohibit a considered use of it?
And I personally have always considered the word 'crap' probably the most harmless and least unpleasent cuss imaginable. But that's certainly just my opinion, which I wished to state, and I respect any other opinions. (:
Note: The reason why I haven't joined is nothing about the rules. But what I mentioned first in this post: I personally wish for something new in a discuccion forum that already has numerous discussion forums that I'm a part of. (: I'll be keeping an eye on your forum and will join, if there appears an attraction that I don't find here or in After The Lion King. (:
