when watching TLK 2 the other day i noticed something
when Scars face appears in the water , his face is the same from the 1st film when he said kill him
he's a pic

Nice find!
I actually think that pic was a good choice.
I consider that to be one of Scars most evil (but also awesome in a creepy way, if you know what I mean) moments!

I don't think it's exactly the same image, Scar in the right image is not smiling and looks slightly hunched over, but it is very similar.

I don't think it's the same either but even if it was, that would be the perfect image to use for Scar, as it pretty much sums him up completely and it wouldn't be lazy of Disney, since they are trying to convey something with the use of the reflection.

I believe it's on the wrong eye because it's a reflection.

The position of Scar's mouth and expression are slightly different in the images, although it is likely that the Disney animators used that shot from the first movie as a "base".
