i was just wondering why we are all obessed with all the TLK movies....
all my friends think im so weird that i lovvveee itt !
but i cant help it.
why is this movie so specialll

The TLK movies are just awesome. I think that people who don't appreciate them enough are the weird ones

good story good characters and back in the day when disney was good and done properly none of this computer animated rubbish, paper pencil ruber ruler thats how u are ment to do it, oh the memories. RIP classic disney Lion King will be apart of me forever

10 of my reasons:

1.) It was Disney's first original movie. All others before it were based off of stories written before.

2.) The artwork is simply and wonderfully amazing. Just looking at Pride Rock it's easy to see the tons of detail.

3.) All the music is awesome, and personally it feels like my soul has wings when I listen to it. There's a certain feeling to it that makes me think of running and leaping without tiring...just freedom. And it's arrangement in the film is breathtaking with "Circle of Life", "Can You Feel the Love Tonight", and "Under the Stars".

4.) The characters are totally cool, from everything to their design to their personalities.

5.) I already loved felines, so a movie almost exclusively about them is like perfect.

6.) When I saw it in theaters during the first release when I was 2, I was absolutely awed.

7.) There's tons of wicked cool merchandise of it!

8.) A Disneyworld attraction back in the 90s called Legend of The Lion King. I saw it when I was 4 and my eyes were wide open with wonder the whole time.

9.) The story is timeless: finding where you belong in life.

10.) Its Broadway version was really unique and still extremely awesome.

I have a question for you: Why not?

and there is no answer. because there is not a reason not to be obsessed.

I like it because it portrays a bunch of emotions and themes that you just don't see anymore in movies ESPECIALLY Disney movies. They really put a lot of effort into it and it became the magic movie that it is. ^^

I love TLK because of characters,songs,animation,and because I loved big cats whole my life.That's why I'm obsessed with TLK.
