Sweet! I actually went to his concert for my bday. I cant wait to get my paws on this!

you likely went to his ‘hans zimmer live’ tour, assuming you’re an american. They already have an album/blu ray for that (which has tlk music).

This is for his european tour from the past year.

What's being American has to do with it?

As Hans Zimmer did a world tour with his previous one.
I've seen it in Belgium. There's a CD, LP, Blu Ray, DVD from that show, recorded in Prague --> being sold in Europe also, not just USA.


This CD mentioned here, is from the latest thing "he's" done.
He rearranged the music and scores, but he was not present himself.

You're mixing things up.
The CD available now, what the topic starter is talking about, is -not- his last year's big world tour.

It's a new thing, I think some countries had it at the end of 2018. Hans was not present at that tour himself.

Starts off with This Land. Then goes into the stampede musc. Then iirc goes into the mufasa’s death music. Then king of pride rock, then busa theme, then circle of life reprise.

it was gorgeous and not a complete rehash but there are a few tlk songs that I would choose over This Land or busa/kopr/col being played live for the billionth time.

It is amazing. And it sounds like what was performed on “Hollywood in Vienna 2018”, which you can find full video on YouTube.

There is a similar Lion King track composed live from Hans Zimmer containing the intro to Circle of Life, Lea Halalela, and King of Pride Rock. It's quite wonderful to listen to, but not nearly as pleasing as The World of Hans Zimmer's take on The Lion King.
