For those not savvy with pc gaming, mods are unofficial, disney had nothing to do with this.
It's surprisingly well made. Includes a lot of tlk mains, heck from what I hear even Kiara is in it!
Watching the videos, it's the funniest thing i've seen on the net in ages.

As you said the 3D models and animations in this one are surprisingly well made, but then again all the mods on the channel are really impressive.
