Regarding to disney, simba and nala now have kiara and kion. Kopa is not official but many fans accept him as simba and nalas son. Then you have tanabi, from before simbas pride. He was made up by fans but a very popular character in the fanbase. What are your views about the size of the lion king family?

One and her name is Kiara. Kion is not canon. Remember TLG is just a spin-off

Kion is officially by disney, a 100% disney creation.

Yes but Kion is TLG character. It has nothing to do with TLK (besides sharing couple characters with it)

I like to include Kopa with Kiara and Kion. Not all the time, mind you, but when it fits.

I firmly believe That The Lion Guard is and was always intended to be canon.

I ignore fan-created characters like Tanabi (and to be completely fair My own SimbasGuard character) They are not canon.

Kopa is an actual character, but he is Sub-Canon. Just the same I am quite fond of him.

Kiara and Kion are Simba and Nala's actual cubs that Disney themselves will vouch for. They are canon.

TLG is as canon as Timon and Pumbaa spin-off series which both seems to be a bit off from the original story line. If TLG characters are canon then Smolder the Bear, Quint and Cheetato and Cheetata are just as canon too

TLK and TLG are different but both from same company

In terms of canon, they have two, Kion and Kiara.

In terms of my personal headcanons and stuff, I like to think they have four. Kopa, Kiara, Kion and Malkia (she's my fan-made cub)
