PPS: This was uploaded by Tom Bancroft (Simba´s animator), so be nice and leave a like, this is pure gold.
Actually, this was uploaded by Jim Jackson. Bancroft just linked to it from his DA page.

LOL, that was fun to watch! I did a research to see who was Max Howard, and he was an executive over the projects animated at Disney Feature Animation Florida. He apparently doesn't carry a good reputation in the animation industry since he oversaw the productions of Quest for Camelot and The Iron Giant, which put the nail in the coffin of Warner Bros. Animation. So, the video seems to be a spoof of Howard's departure from Disney.

Other than that, it is nice to see Disney's Florida animation studio during its heyday. Ruben Aquino, Mark Henn, and Tom Bancroft's cameos were funny. The scene where the actor portraying Max Howard asking the employees "So, who signed up to go to China with us?" is likely a reference to the research trip to China to study their culture for Mulan.
