and it's an official Disney quiz. I'm not sure that this means entirely...

Yeah, I saw that too. I am fairly certain it's just a little nod towards the more hardcore 'lion king' fans.

Then again, Disney works in mysterious ways. I am almost 30 years old and I barely understand most of the things they do.

What it means is that whoever made this quiz knows of Kopa, unfortunately that is all it means.
